I took both my P.E. and S.E. exams in California in the ’90’s, and have kept my registrations current. After a recent visit to the the Pacific Northwest to visit family (in Portland and Seattle), I realized I might be missing some opportunities by not being licensed in Oregon and Washington, and decided to apply for my licenses.
I’ve already gotten word from Washington that I’ll be official as of September 20, 2012. Oregon tells me I’m looking at mid-November or so.
