The Lewis & Clark Exploratory Center is moving forward!

The Lewis & Clark Exploratory Center is moving ahead! We designed the jutting cantilevered roof to support heavy live loads of 100 pounds per square foot. Standing on the roof looking toward the camera is a great view up the Rivanna River.

The project is located in Darden-Towe Park in Charlottesville, Virginia.

The photo was taken in early November 2012, by Michael Curry trying an HDR (High Dynamic Range) technique.  It was edited by our friend Jon Sureau, a fine art photographer north of Seattle.
