Notes:
This project provides housing for permanent and seasonal staff at the Wintergreen Resort. The site is underlain by multiple springs, requiring deep foundations. Sealed, conditioned crawlspaces served by separate HVAC units protect the lower levels from excessive humidity and potential decay. We designed the foundations and exterior decks for this stacked modular project. Multi-Unit modular housing with exterior decks. The buildings were constructed of 27 modules each. Three modules wide, three modules long, and three modules high.
